Lian Band, led by the renowned musician Mohsen Sharifian, is one of Iran’s most influential and celebrated folk music ensembles. Originating from the southern region of Bushehr, the group is known for its energetic rhythms, traditional Persian Gulf melodies, and dynamic stage performances that blend cultural authenticity with contemporary expression. Mohsen Sharifian, a master of the ney-anbān and a prominent researcher of southern Iranian music, has dedicated his career to preserving and modernizing the musical heritage of the Persian Gulf. Together with the Lian Band, he has performed on international stages, introduced global audiences to the unique sound of Bushehri music, and earned widespread acclaim for his artistic innovation and cultural impact.
گروه لیان به سرپرستی موسیقیدان نامآور، محسن شریفیان، یکی از تأثیرگذارترین و شناختهشدهترین گروههای موسیقی نواحی ایران است. این گروه ریشه در جنوب ایران و شهر بوشهر دارد و با ریتمهای پرانرژی، ملودیهای اصیل خلیج فارس و اجراهای پویای صحنهای شناخته میشود؛ اجراهایی که اصالت فرهنگی را با بیانی امروزی در هم میآمیزند. محسن شریفیان، نوازنده برجسته نیانبان و پژوهشگر موسیقی نواحی جنوب، سالهاست که به حفظ و روزآمدسازی میراث موسیقایی خلیج فارس پرداخته است. او همراه با گروه لیان در صحنههای بینالمللی به اجرا پرداخته، موسیقی بوشهری را به مخاطبان جهانی معرفی کرده و تحسین گستردهای را برای نوآوریهای هنری و تأثیر فرهنگی خود به دست آورده است.
